This can lead to frustration, depression, sadness, and even anger. These feelings steal your joy. Take back your power. Here are some tips on how to begin your gratitude journey.
First start with gratitude for what you already have.
Get in touch with how it feels.
Imagine what you desire and hold onto the feeling you have when you are grateful.
A helpful way of doing this is writing a gratitude journal.
Include in your journal all that you desire to have.
Add pictures.
Day dream about the reality you want and be thankful as though you already live in that realty.
What would it be like to live there?
Start noticing things to be thankful for. As small as seeing a butterfly and important as having your family and friends.
